A steepish and twisting paved path led up from the Alcazaba to the Gibralfaro. Yousuf walked up some of the way and Zainab was on my back. The sun made it fairly challenging. The views afforded were certainly worth it though.
This is from near the top. Stunning. We could see people up here from the beach and now we were here ourselves. It was every bit as good as we'd expected...
