A nice hot bath to finish a wonderful first full day in Spain. Dinner for us was Subway, our old travel favourite from Scandinavia 2004.
Walking to and fro subway in the late evening I couldn't help but admire the Granada even more. It is just the right size for a city - big enough to be lively but not too big that it feels rushed.
Its spectacular setting on the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, its hilly terrain, its oodles of rich history and its breathtaking architectural slplendours make Granada a place that I will always long for. May we return soon, in-sha-Allah. But there are so many places in the world that we haven't seen...
