En route to some of the highest villages of the Las Alpujarras and indeed all of Spain, we stopped at this view of the Lower Poqueira Gorge. Only Abdullah and I got out for a closer - and yet still at least 100m from the bottom of the gorge -look. A walk would have been beautiful.
We carried on towards the highest mountain pass of Europe...
