The 10:30, 2.22km run back to the Zafira was probably the most enjoyable mile and a half of my life! It was the setting. Must go for more runs like this InshaAllah, especially with Edmondo to motivate.
Despite running in boots it was very comfortable MaShaAllah. During the running I was often thanking Allah for giving me the ability to run. Long may it continue. Aameen.
Within 15 minutes of leaving the family I was back. Hamida was surprised...
